Home school Co-op
At IELS, we believe that parents are entrusted with the responsibility to "raise up their children in the way they should go." As such, we want to support families who choose home education by partnering with them in a cooperative way.
We offer the following homeschool co-op memberships:
Basic Homeschool Co-op Family
($25/family/month)
($25/family/month)
curriculum borrowing, based on availability.
Field trips and social life participation (additional cost may be incurred).
Chapel and spiritual life participation.
Library access.
Other help and services as requested. (Please let us know how we can help!)
Homeschool Plus In Person
($25/family/month + $50/class/month)
($25/family/month + $50/class/month)
all of the benefits included in the Basic Co-op, plus the following:
In person class participation in selected classes (with grading /report card provided for enrolled classes). Participation availability is based on classroom capacity.
1-1 conferences with teachers.
Study hall participation / tutoring, focused on enrolled classes.
Other help and services as requested. (Please let us know how we can help!)
** Code of Conduct and Parent Agreement must be signed for any student participating in school activities.
Example:
A homeschool family with two children may choose to enroll one child in a math class. They would pay $75 / month. $25 /month covers the basic co-op benefits. The additional $50 /month would cover the in-person instruction, grading, PT conferences, tutoring, and other services for the enrolled child.
The same family enrolls their second child in a science class. With two enrolled children, the total cost would be $25/month for the basic co-op benefits, plus $50/class/month, or a total of $125/month.
